No Maps for Me (I hope)
I’m headed to Bartels Harley-Davidson this morning to get my new Garmin Road Tech Zumo 550 GPS system installed. I hope this device will simplify navigation, especially getting to TV stations, fire stations, and YMCA’s in the cities and towns I’ll be visiting. The HD group on Linked gave it a pretty good recommendation. At the end of the trip I’ll be able to post a good review.
I’l try and post some pictures and videos of the installation.
Become Part of the Tour de USA Pony Express
The Tour itself is 46 days and I don’t believe many people could take the time off the ride the full event. It would be great, however, if riders could meet me along the way and ride to the local TV station at the end of that day’s segment. A group of motorcyclists always makes an interesting news bite.
Make a Small Donation
If you can’t ride, please visit our fundraising site and make a small donation. All donations $25 and over will receive a commemorative patch for the ride.
Best regards, Robert
